Synergy
The 7 questions or ideas that were discussed during the lesson were:
1-What is synergy?
Whole is greater than the sum of all parts
Cohesiveness
Examples: committee diversity effective collectively human body football team

2-How can we be synergistic?
It is not about a winner or loser, it is about a win-win situation.

Mind reading is not a way to communicate.
3-Two quotes that were discussed

“Any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore, never send to know for who the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”
4- Have your children help solve or find solutions to the problems
5- Listen to each other ….. LISTEN
6- Establish relationships with each other
7- If people have a difference of opinion with each other, ask them why they believe or feel that way. Try to understand where they are coming from.
