Lesson

9/23/07
Julie concluded our study on the Book of Hebrews with the topic of “faith”. She mainly concentrated on chapter 10: 25, 25 and 30-39. While the term faith means a multitude of things, we listed: assurance that there is an Almighty, believing without seeing, trusting, being doubt-free, allegiance, sincerity, and loyalty. To live faithfully, we must be compassionate, confident in our beliefs, enduring, have perseverance, provoke good deeds, and gather together. We must express our faith to others by love and good deeds. If expressing your faith creates strife, step back and reevaluate how you have presented yourself. Profession of our faith is a key ingredient in developing our spirituality. Read about the many examples of the faithful and the specific acts of faith they performed by reading the 11th chapter of Hebrews.

Hope to see all of you next week!
Love~
Beth
